Will I pay anything beyond the formation price?

The formation total is $244: $149 for our service and $95 for the state filing fee. We absorb standard state payment surcharges. Optional EIN application assistance adds $75 only if you select it. Future registered agent service, Business Entity Reports, taxes, and any licenses are separate from this formation purchase. You can review your order total before payment.

How long will it take to form my LLC?

After you submit and pay for your order, we review your information and prepare the filing. The Indiana Secretary of State decides whether to approve it and controls state processing times. We cannot promise a specific approval date. You can follow the progress of your order in your workspace.

What happens to registered agent service after the first year?

Your first year is included. Continuing after that costs $49/year and requires a separate renewal choice; the formation package does not automatically renew. If you do not continue with us, arrange replacement registered agent coverage for your active LLC.

Can I use your address instead of my home address?

Our Evansville office address is used in the registered agent section of your filing. It is not a substitute for your principal office address or a general mailing address. Other business and organizer addresses may appear on public records, so registered agent service does not make your entire filing private.

Is an EIN included?

EIN application assistance is optional and costs $75. An EIN is a federal tax ID, and the IRS issues it for free. You can apply directly with the IRS yourself after your LLC is formed. Our fee is for assistance with the application, not for the EIN itself.

Can I file myself, or use this for an existing LLC?

You can form an LLC yourself through Indiana’s INBiz portal, pay the state fees, and arrange your own registered agent. This package is for forming a new Indiana LLC. If you already have an LLC and only need registered agent service, choose that service instead of paying for another formation.
