What we collect
We collect account details, contact information, business application details, support messages, and documents needed to provide the services you request. EIN assistance may require a responsible party’s tax ID. We do not collect payment card numbers in our application; Stripe processes card payments.
How information is used
We use information to review and fulfill orders, prepare government filings, deliver documents, manage billing, maintain account security, and respond to support requests. Information submitted to government agencies may become part of a public record.
Service providers and filings
Stripe processes payments and billing. Our configured infrastructure providers support database hosting, private file storage, and transactional email. Information necessary to a filing is shared with the relevant government agency. We do not sell application data or use tax IDs for advertising.
Security and access
Customer workspaces require authentication. Document access is checked against the business owner or an administrator. Tax IDs collected by the current application are encrypted on the server. Access to protected tax IDs is recorded in the activity log. No online service can promise absolute security.
Browser storage
The application uses authentication cookies and temporarily saves non-tax-ID application details in session storage in the current browser tab. These draft details help you continue through sign in. Tax IDs are excluded from browser draft storage.
Retention and your requests
We retain records needed for ongoing service, legal obligations, payment disputes, and operational history. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify identity and retain records that are legally required or necessary to resolve a dispute.
